Winter Storm May Affect Burn Areas, Urban Flooding.

Southern California is expected to see a significant amount of rainfall over the next few days. The National Weather Service says this storm system will move through Saturday bringing rain, mountain snow and a slight chance of coastal thunderstorms to Southern California. Hazards may include flooding in areas left charred from recent wildfires. Roads will be slippery and there may be some urban flooding.
